Hi.

After the Windows 10 anniversary update I noticed that my windows start menu was very slow to react on clicks and using the Windows key, could take about a second or so for it to appear.

Shutting down DisplayFusion solved the issue so I started to probe the settings and found out that
if the tab OPTIONS - Aero Color Settings (Windows 8 and higher) was set to "Don't change the Aero color" the start menu was back to its original speed.

Might be good to know if it happens to anyone of you out there :)

addon; seems like it works fine with the second option as well; "... current wallpaper image"
But if i set it to "...current application window" the start menu gets somewhat laggy.
I'm on a 3 monitor setup 2x 1080p 1x 1440p. Shouldn't matter I guess...?
DisplayFusion v8.0

Best regards

Thanks for letting us know about this! Another customer had reported it as well and I was stumped as I couldn't reproduce it here. Changing my Aero Colour setting did cause it to happen here, so we should be able to debug this and get it fixed up :)

Thanks for your help with tracking this down!

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!

The problem for me is my Windows Location Triggers. I have set all applications to open on the monitor where the mouse pointer is at and that would produce the start menu lag problem for me.
