Hi,

I just reloaded (from scratch) DisplayFusion 9.4.3.
Under the Wallpaper settings - I am only able to set Solid Colors, My Images in sources...there is no "My Computer"

I am then able to Load an Image, but when Applying or clicking OK, I get the following error:
It looks like it is trying to look in my Profile for the path to the images, not in the "real" path. I can't figure out why or what I'm missing here.

An error has occurred while setting your new Wallpaper.

Are you trying to load images from your computer or images downloaded from an online source? If you choose "My Images" as the source you should be able to browse for images anywhere on your computer and use them.

Trying to load images from my own system...

As mentioned, I selected My Images (as the Source), but I get the error shown.
My Images appears to be in my Windows Profile location...

It might be running into trouble writing the generated wallpaper image to the appdata folder. Could you attach a full debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Apply the wallpaper to reproduce the error message
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!
