Normally, when you right click it, a small window with options pop up.

For me it stops doing that after using the application for like an hour. I right click on the icon in system tray and it does nothing. The only thing I can do for it to work properly, is to kill the process all together and restart it, then right clicking the icon in the tray works.

Am I doing something wrong or is the program broken? I'm using Windows 10. Also, tried both the latest version and beta, and the issue persists.

Definitely sounds like something is broken there. Could you enable debug logging and attach the logs the next time you're able to reproduce this issue? Here are the steps:
  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log
