My triggers don't seem to work anymore. I had to recently wipe my hard drive and re install my programs. Before when I set a program trigger to maximize window, it would maximize the window. But since re installing after the wipe, it doesn't maximize the window at all.

Enable Triggers is checked, frequency is always, stop processing is false, same as before. I've tried everything, butting the maximize window first on the list or last on the list. I'm also moving the program to my second monitor. I'm not sure if that's actually working either as I think the program normally opens there, but I don't remember on the program how to check that. I put that in just in case it ever wanted to open on my primary screen.

Could you attach a debug log? Here are the steps:
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed" and click Apply
  • Try launching WoW
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks!

Thank you for your quick response. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I'm not sure which, but I had to wipe my hard drive three days ago for a different issue. When I reinstalled everything, DiplayFusion is now working as it used to and moving the windows to the correct monitor and resizing them. I assume something had gotten turned off somewhere and the default settings on set up fixed the problem.

Again, thanks for your quick response. :D I absolutely love this program. If, and I don't foresee this as I've used this for over five years now without issue, the problem returns I'll post the troubleshooting steps you asked for. One question though, is there any personal information that may be collected in the detailed log? I'm apprehensive of posting such things for all the world to see. For obvious reasons. :D

No worries, glad to hear it's all working now at least! The only thing really would be your username, or if there are sensitive things in your open window titles (i.e. email subject lines from an open email window). However, when uploading attachments to the Discussions, the "Protect these attachments" checkbox is enabled by default, so that only Binary Fortress staff can see them :)

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind if it stops working in the future. :)
