Whenever I have chrome browser opened if I quickly mouseover the taskbar for my secondary monitor it refuses to autohide. Even after closing chrome the taksbar stays visible until I restart displayfusion. Also, not sure if this is caused by the same thing but the start menu will often appear on the wrong monitor.
Which version of Windows are you on?
When this happens, if you click the Start button on the Primary monitor with the mouse, then close it, does the taskbar on the second monitor then hide correctly again?
