Unfortunately that's not something we can fix from our end. Windows 10 has invisible window borders, so when we tell a window to go to 100% width and 100% height, Windows includes the invisible borders as part of that size. If you mouse over those blank spaces, you'll see that the mouse cursor changes to the resize handles
