I get "An Error Has Occurred! The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you." when I try to get to the regular forums (even through the front page. :?

I am having the same problem, benway - I have been talking to Jon via PMs first to get this fixed - he has already tried removing me from the beta group and then adding me back, which hasn't worked.

As soon as I log out of the forums I can see the regular forums, but upon logging in I can only see the beta forums, and if I do a check on all my posts, only the ones from the Beta forums show up.

I know he is working on it, though, as evidenced by the PMs....

Ah, I see. I had been having to use IE, which I don't normally use, to see the regular forums. 'figured Jon was aware, but I saw no posts... Always, something, eh Jon? 8-)

I just tried both Fx 3.1 beta 3 and IE 8 (integrated into Windows 7) and both are doing the same thing.

Right, if I log out I see all the forums - if I log in, now I see *no* forums, but I can still apparently access the Beta forums by searching for my posts

Somewhere, somehow the permissions have been messed up. I'm going to be upgrading the forum software to the next version tonight. Hopefully that magically takes care of the issue. :)

OK guys - I think I figured it out. Sorry it took so long... I'm better at writing software than managing online forums. :)
