This used to work and then suddenly stopped working. See picture for what I get now. I didn't change the URL. It's always been this:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/7U7ijVPuZ3Q?autoplay=1

link.

Something flashes on the "screen" right before the video tries to load but it's gone too quickly to read.

I have a feeling this is a recent youtube change but it renders live feed screensavers impossible if using youtube autoplay URLs. If anyone has a workaround, please share!

Which version of Windows are you running? The website screensaver uses the .NET web forms control, which unfortunately uses Internet Explorer as the engine. It's definitely possible that a recent YouTube change could have broken support for Internet Explorer :(

Windows 7. And now I see that youtube has done a huge update just the other day. Are my live stream screensaver days over!? :'(

Unfortunately for now it looks like we're out of luck. We may end up switching to a different browsing engine for the website screen saver in the future though, so if we do, we'll definitely let you know!
