Hey guys need help configuring DF so when I open FastStone Image Viewer program when viewing my pictures it opens in the monitor where the mouse is but this program doesn't seem to want to do that when I have DF configured to open it in the monitor where the mouse is when the process is created...please help

I'd appreciate help on this so not sure if this is allowed but bump?
