In 3.1.4 popup menu of DF when you right-click on DF taskbar popups on the left of mouse cursor.
But this is not good since every windows popup menus show to the right side of cursor and on the left only if there are no place to show it on the right.
P.S.: if it is a feature, i am sorry for enxiety.

That is the case, it hasn't the space to show it all on the right. If you notice, menus dont overlap screens.
...OR it's intentional.
