Hi.

I recently pinned Spotify (Store version) to the DF toolbar but when I click on it, nothing happens. I have tried doing this several times.

Seems to be an issue getting the correct data from the app to save its shortcut. Can you try this?
  • Right-click the taskbar, navigate to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Shortcuts > Edit Shortcuts
  • Click Add Application
  • Choose Spotify from the list
  • Click OK, OK again, then Save

Hope that helps!

Strange! I did the exact steps that I posted before I replied yesterday and they worked for me. Can you send me a screenshot of the properties of the shortcut on your machine?

Thanks! Your shortcut looks exactly the same as mine. Could you send me a debug log?
  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Try clicking the taskbar shortcut
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, click the "Export Info to File" button, and attach the file here
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

Thanks! Can you try enabling the "This application is Metro" option again, then try launching it again and send another debug log?

That seems to have worked! Was a bit slow but it launched.
