If I take a window such as Notepad and hold down Ctrl-Win-X, Notepad will cycle across each monitor, shifting up by a pixel or so each time. If Notepad is close to the right edge of the screen, then it will also shift left by a few pixels, but eventually will stop shifting left and just shift up.
