I believe what you are looking for is the "Prevent mouse cursor from snagging on unaligned monitor edges" which is under the mouse management section of the settings.
Unfortunately that can only move it between monitors that are touching at some point on the edge. There isn't currently a way to have the mouse jump a full gap between monitors. If we're able to add something like that in the future, we'll definitely let you know.
