When I load up Google Hangouts I want it to be on my third monitor and when I move it all goes well. However I also want to pin it there and as soon as I pin it the icon changes to the Google Chrome icon. As long as it is open or minimized everything is fine but if I close it and then try to reopen it, it will load Google Chrome and for all practical purpose once pinned it is no longer Hangouts and if clicked will open a Chrome browser.

This happens on a few different apps but right now the one I would like to have working is Hangouts. Is there a known work around I can try for applications that do this or is this a bug?
