I'm also having a similar issue.

My monitors keep switching back and forth and I have to constantly redo the settings on reboot.

I've attached images, one with it scrambled and being different from windows display, and the other returning back to normal on reboot..

It might also have something to do with my rocketdock switching positions as well..
