When set to 100% Opacity, the screen has 100% transparency. Opacity != Transparency.

I would either flip the scale behind the scenes or change "Opacity" to "Transparency" to not confuse people.

Which version are you on? We changed it so that 100% is completely dark in 9.0 Beta 5 and up.

Ah, I see where my confusion lies. I assumed it was referring to the opacity of the desktop contents, and not the overlay color. Thanks.
