Maximizing/Focusing window on DisplayFusion Taskbar

On the latest beta, when I click on a program icon on the displayfusion taskbar to refocus/maximize a window it also resize it to half it's size .

Sounds like you're still on 9.4 Beta 1. We've fixed this up in 9.4 Beta 2, but if you do still have any trouble on Beta 2, definitely let me know
