setup 1 3x 1920 x1080 (x2 120hz 1x240hz)

setup 2 1x 4k 60hz tv...

The problem is when I switch to my 4k tv from my 3x desktop, some of my games bug out because it thinks its still on my 1080 240hz monitor while other games seem to run (with and without scaling) at 4k..... it's odd and breaks a lot of things... I don't belive it use to do it so something just magically changed. 2080 ti.

so basically my tv is runing in 4k but it thinks its 1080p for many things.... and some games glitch out super hard at the video card level with scan lines or just not rendering geometry.

ok I fixed it kinda, not fully.

To get native 4k back and not bugged out fake 1080p/4k I switch the windows monoitor settings on my 4k tv too 2k and back to 4k then it refreshes windows with the actual properties so my games don't do ungodly things and make me thing my 1800$ video card is dieing.

I use keyboard macros to switch maybe that is breaking it? I dunno perhapse its patchable so your program that keeps me from messing arround with setting requires my to change settings every time I want to go sit down on my couch and use my pc.

ok so today I tried the fix again and now I'm running 4k with black bars on the side of my monitor I don't understand how this is so broken, and this time I had to fix it by changing NVIDIA control panel resolution.

I think we may have fixed this issue in the latest beta. Could you give it a try? You can update by enabling beta update checks on the Settings > Options tab, then apply the settings and click the "Check for Updates" button.

So some of the games that were bugging out before are now working, I'm still having issues though with certain games.

Resident evil 6 now works on 4k with out having to manual reassign the resolution in windows or nvidia manager.

But Mx Simulator is still getting like a very odd graphics bug almost like its trying to force the frames in an unsupported refresh rate.

I'll keep messing around with it over the next few days buts its nice it appears some progress has been made with the beta update.

I'll keep you posted.
