Hello there.

I'm receiving constant errors where if I have 2 monitors enabled it is causing my displays to flicker weird horizontal lines, usually gray in colour.

This seems to especially occur strongly during games that are borderless such as League of Legends and Witcher 3. I can regularly reproduce this error by just simply alt-tabbing. I have TitleBars disabled however it still occurs.

DisplayFusion was the last thing I'd blame it on as I've used it for years with no issue. However, after doing a lot of testing it seems to be indeed DisplayFusion. I've changed through multiple drivers, old and new and this still occurs. I've even done a fresh install and the monitors worked perfectly fine UNTIL I installed DisplayFusion on it.

I've attached a log file although I don't know how helpful it will be. I would love to get this fixed as I am a long time user and fan of DisplayFusion!

That's strange, I've never run into that before. I don't see anything unusual in the debug logs, unfortunately. Can you do a few tests for me?
  • If you exit DisplayFusion before starting the game, can you still reproduce this issue?
  • If you disable the DisplayFusion Alt+Tab Handler, does that help?
  • If you disable the DisplayFusion Taskbar, does that help?

1. No
2. No
3. No

It's strange indeed. Like I said, it persists through multiple drivers and doesn't occur until I install DisplayDriver. These issues seem to be less prominent in version 6.0.

For further detail, these lines seem to start around the middle of the screen and persist downwards until it reaches the end.

Like This, but more severe. Happens randomly in-game or I can force it to occur if I alt tab.

Thanks for the video. That looks like a video card issue, and if it's only happening when DisplayFusion is running, my only guess would be that some feature in DisplayFusion is triggering it to happen. There aren't any feature in DisplayFusion that could deliberately or accidentally cause that kind of behaviour, so it seems that there's just a weird incompatibility or something.

If you disable the Application Hooks in the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings, does that make any difference?

Also, when those flickering lines start, do they continue flickering constantly, or is it just a once every few minutes type of deal?
