I am a happy user of using DisplayFusion Pro 8.1.2 on Win7 (edit: now updated to 9.1) . Recently upgraded from 2 old Samsung monitors to 1 ultra wide screen and run into a configuration problem:

After installing the new screen, I enabled the split functionality in DisplayFusion. My 'primary' virtual screen is on the right side of the new screen and the 'secondary' virtual screen is on the left. What I want is to have shortcuts to a few drives/folders next to the tray on the taskbar of the left screen. I had this configured in my previous setup with two physical monitors, but cannot figure out how to do this in this new setup.

When I right-click on the task bar right hand part of the screen, I see the Display Fusion menu, where I can add shortcuts etc via the 'task bar on multiple screen' menu option. Any shortcuts that I add here are visible on this right screen. If I however right click the task bar on the left virtual screen in order to create the shortcuts, I only see the standard Windows options and not the Display Fusion menu.

Any suggestions?

DisplayFusion doesn't replace the Windows taskbar, so when you split the Primary monitor, the left split will still have the native Windows taskbar. You can replace it with the DisplayFusion taskbar, though it's not officially supported. The steps are in post #6 here: https://www.displayfusion.com/Discussions/View/anyway-to-make-the-df-pro-taskbar-override-the-windows-taskbar/?ID=3d0cad5b-2ab0-4b2d-acbc-cd2b45389c38#6

Hope that helps!
