1.) I use the option "Centre child windows over the parent window"
2.) I have installed the application "Flashfolder 1.11.0.0"

When I start the "save as..." dialog, the toolbar moves to the center of the windows too.
It should shown on the top of the window.

I think it would be help if I could set a delay time to this option, so the toolbar could on the top of the window - and than the windows center over the parent window.
