I set the checkbox. That is "Window Management" settings. however it was not availabel.
That checkbox is "Enable maximized window dragging between monitors" and "Enable middole-click window moving(midolle-click on a window's caption bar".
Using version is 3.1.4.4(Beta). Before Version(3.1.4) has not this bug.
My Environment is Windows Vista x32 and 2 monitor. Monitors are UXGA(1200*1600 This is not mistake to 1200*1600) and SXGA(1280*1024).
Are you able to middle-click a window's titlebar to move it to the next monitor? Just to clarify, version 3.1.4 works perfectly, and the 3.1.4.4 beta version doesn't work? Did you try a reboot after updating the the new beta?

I tried reinstall. It's can availabel. It's might possibly failed mouse hooks.
