Sometimes moving the mouse to the bottom of the window no longer lifts the taskbar up.

If I minimize everything on that screen so I'm back to the desktop then it starts working again. And if I maximize the same applications it keeps on working. So I haven't found what triggers it yet, sorry.

I'm assuming you are talking about the DisplayFusion taskbar, correct? Does this problem happen all the time, or just occasionally?

Just occassionally. I can be using Firefox and the taskbar won't respond to the mouse being moved to the bottom of the screen. But if I minimize Firefox to show the desktop, it starts working. Then I maximize Firefox again and it keeps on working for a while.

I'm not sure how you've made it work. Does it keep a 1 pixel height bar at the bottom that is sometimes not staying on top? I guess I should stop assuming and let the professionals fix it, lol.

It keeps a 1-2 pixel window at the bottom, just like the Windows taskbar when it is auto-hiding. I have made some improvements to the auto-hiding feature in the upcoming version 3.0.5 release which will hopefully take care of this issue for you. Thanks!
